Ceramic Work

My ceramic sculptural and functional works focus primarily on form, on the colour and texture of clay. For work with images I create decals with high iron-content ink from my photographs and writings. When these are applied to glazed or unglazed pieces and fired, only the iron remains. Works can also integrates imprinting letterpress type and using hand made and clipped paper cutouts, and oil paint. All functional works are food-safe.
